Cool tones meet structural warmth. This linear abstract oil painting captures a unique pleasant static, a calming tectonic tension that draws the eye without disrupting the room. Housed in a custom-made cherry wood frame made by me to bring a natural, warm glow to the cool blues and grays of the piece.
This piece is discounted because the wood on the panel dips down in a couple of spots exposing little gaps between the painting and the frame. In one area on the top right of the piece you can see a nail used from the framing process, but only when examined closely and in direct light (see last photo).
